GoWal also wants our riders to know that if something happens (such as an illness or unexpected overtime) to disrupt your usual journey home, you can simply request a taxi if you qualify for RideOn. You get a quick, safe ride home and RideOn gets the bill.
Log your commute at least 3 days a week (any combination of bus, bike, walk or carpool/vanpool), on your RideOn profile to qualify for the FREE Emergency Ride Home Program.
Participants also have the ability track their commutes by accessing our new RideOn app through their cell phone/mobile device, available on Apple & Android. Type “RideOnTogether” in search box and download the app.
During the midst of COVID-19, GoWal is taking precautions to ensure our employees and riders are safe. We will adjust policies and practices as needed to protect our employees, riders, and community.
While GoWal no longer requires masks to ride, we are committed to the health and safety of our riders. We sanitize our buses daily, taking extra care at the end of each day.
Please stay home if you feel ill or have a fever. We still provide hand sanitizer to our riders and encourage you sanitize before and after riding.
